I recently purchased a monitor to replace the one in my motorhome. I ordered the model specified after discussing with a representative over the phone. Upon delivery it was discovered that the monitor is not the correct size. The process of returning the unit has been painful. No one will pick up the phone and no one will call back.

The back up and side camera monitor but the dust. The replacement was an exact match, works perfectly! Even better was the customer service! Office staff to the warehouse, my questions were answered promptly and I was kept informed on my shipment dates and ETA
No response after repeated contact attempts
